Reminder: A parent must come inside when dropping off to sign the child in and provide a contact number. Then when picking up you must also come in to sign the child out.

• 1.)There will be zero tolerance for physical fighting and parents will be called immediately to pick up.
• 2.)If any inappropriate language is used, a parent being called.
• 3.)If any property is damaged the parents will be called and required to pay for the damages.
• 4.)For any of the above offenses the child will not be allowed to attend the next dance. Incident reports will be made and sent home with the child.
• 5.)The DQC is not responsible for items that your child brings to the dance.
